Simply Fondue

Yummy fondue in an atmosphere that's romantic enough for a date but not stuffy like Melting Pot. Also, you can actually afford to eat here, unlike Melting Pot.
The service is hit-or-miss, after several visits I still can't decide whether I expect fabulous, personal attention or careless forgetfulness.
The martini menu is extensive and everything on it is tasty, as long as you're in the mood for sweet, sweet, sweet.

But the rooms are tiny, the desk staff are not very informed, and the beds suck. And there is one tiny elevator serving entirely too many rooms.

It's like your favorite little bookstore, that always welcomes you warmly with the selection that never gets tired and staff who treat everyone like a cherished regular.

We drove from Saint Louis, MO to Seattle, WA in 2008, and ate sushi every night…
4 stars for a great experience on one occasion. The 5th is for the Queso Azul plate, which consists of four bleu cheese souffles and seasonal fruit compote. And is made of yummy.
